Barra Resources Limited is an exploration and mining company with a focus on targeting and developing gold deposits. Barra was incorporated on 20th June 2000 in Perth, Western Australia for the purpose of acquiring or securing the right to acquire, prospective exploration and mining permits located in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia.
Barra is expected to exercise their option for 50% of the Select Shares at Initial Public Offering and the intention of the Option Agreement is to raise funds by floating a third of the interest in the Mt Thirsty project to raise capital for development.
