Select Minerals has an opportunity to enter the nickel sector through the Mt Thirsty project. The Mt Thirsty cobalt/nickel laterite project is located 20km NNW of Norseman. The project area is currently held by Select Minerals (100%).

Select Minerals has entered into an Option Agreement with Barra Resources Limited. This Option Agreement allows Barra to farm into the project by providing initial project funding to participate equally with Select Minerals in the "Initial Public Offering" in order to develop the project.
