Professional Website Design

The costs below serve only as a guide.  Please contact us for a quote.

• Initially we consult with you to design an appropriate website layout.  After development we will present the finished design to you for approval.  At this time we will fine-tune the graphic design, layout and content to meet your requirements.  IdeaBank is committed to working with you to ensure our website design meets your expectations.
• Licensed stock photos taken by professional photographers are matched to your website content and products.

• All content on your site is optimised to reduce download time.
• Includes generic terms of use and privacy statement.

    Note:  Costs given above do not include Superior Website Management ($495 per year).

We also offer web-based subscription forms, online database storage of customer details, customised programming (Javascript/PHP/flash), product catalogues, image galleries, customer login, user-forums and other custom features.   

In some cases, discounts may be provided for small non-government organisations.

Superior Website Management   $495

Includes website updates, domain registration, web hosting & email!

• Includes one hour of website updates per year (valued at $120). This hour is available in 15 minute intervals, so you can make small changes to your website whenever you need to. Additional hours may be purchased as needed.

• Includes domain-name registration (.COM or .COM.AU for one year) and domain management.

• Website hosting (1 year). High-speed, reliable, Australian-based servers. Includes 2000 MB of website traffic per month.

• 10 personalised business email accounts including web-mail access.

• Monthly statistical report showing the number and source of visitors to the top five pages of your website.

• Submission of your website and site-maps to the major search engines.

• A backup of your website is retained in two geographically separate locations.

Priority-1 Website Management   $995

Everything you need to manage your online presence!

• Inclusion as a Priority-1 IdeaBank client.  This ensures maintenance and updates to your website are given the highest priority in IdeaBank's work queue. 

• Includes three hours of website updates per year (valued at $360). These hours are available in 15 minute intervals, so you can make small changes to your website whenever you need to.  Additional hours may be purchased as needed at a rate of $120 per hour.

• Includes domain-name registration and domain management (.COM or .COM.AU for one year). 

• Website hosting (1 year). High-speed, reliable, Australian based servers. Includes 3000 MB of website traffic per month.

• 20 personalised business email accounts including web-mail access.

• Monthly statistical reports showing the number and source of visitors to the top pages of your website.  Configuration and management of Google Analytics.

• Submission of your website and site-maps to the major search engines on a quarterly basis.

• Most websites include a subscription form for visitors.  Details of new subscribers are sent directly to your email account.  This process includes a backup of all subscriber details.  Subscriber details are also manually checked for invalid and spam entries.  On request, a complete list of all subscribers will be provided in excel format.

• Daily backups of your website, content management system, databases and uploaded files.  A backup of your website is retained in two geographically separate locations.

• 24-hour automated monitoring of your website uptime, to ensure any problems are immediately identified and addressed.

• Weekly check for broken links on your website (that may have been introduced by your staff when adding new content via your content management system).

Search Engine Ranking Booster   $595

Boost your rankings in Google, MSN and Yahoo search engines! 

• We optimise your website for search-terms (keywords) you select (up to 10 pages).
• We boost your ranking by adding your site to 20 relevant online directories.
• Submission of your website and site-maps to the major search engines.
• Monthly email reports listing the visitors to each page of your site (1 year).
• We setup extensive visitor monitoring and reporting on your website.
• Custom recommendations from our SEO experts to further boost your website ranking.

Editing access to your website is required. All prices valid till 31/12/08.  Minimum 25% payment required upfront.

Landing Page & Google Adwords $225/page

We manage your search engine advertising for you! 

• We create content for and optimise a landing page for a set of search-terms (keywords you select).
• We setup extensive visitor monitoring and reporting specific to this page.
• Submission of your landing page to the major search engines.
• We setup paid advertising for your site using a Google adwords campaign linking through to the landing page.  Typically we setup 3 adword adverts per landing page. 
• We monitor these adverts and modify them to provide maximum click-through to your website (over a three month period). 

Google advertising costs are additional and are charged to you on a monthly basis. Costs typically range from $1 to $5 per click.  Your monthly budget is set to a must-not-exceed amount as specified by you (minimum $50 per month). 

After three months or at your request, control of your Adwords campaign may be transferred to you.  Alternatively, IdeaBank will continue to monitor your adwords campaign at $50/month (per landing page).

How it works:  Search engines show targeted adverts on all search results. Your adverts are triggered by search-terms you have specified. Customers click on your advert to visit your landing page, which incurs a fee (cost-per-click). Fierce competition for keywords means your adverts require constant management to remain competitive.

We manage your linking campaign for you!

Search Engines rank your website based on the number and quality of links to your website from other websites.  An ongoing link campaign is essential to building the ranking of your website. A link campaign is specific to your business and must be tailored to your business requirements.  A budget for an outsourced ongoing link campaign starts at $1,000 upwards per year.  Please contact us for more information.  Note that our Search Engine Ranking Booster Package includes a report on link building strategies relevant to your business (these recommendations may be implemented in your link campaign).

Logo Design                                    $350 per design

A unique branding for your business! 

IdeaBank can provide you with a unique logo for your business.  All created logo files will be provided to you on a CD for use in your print media.  As creator of your website, IdeaBank is uniquely positioned to ensure your logo provides a consistent corporate identity across your business.  If you would prefer a selection of unique logos to select from, please contact us for a quote.   

Professional Photography                starting at $250

IdeaBank has partnered with professional photographers to provide images of your place of business, products and staff for use on your website.  Alternatively you may provide your own photos to us our use on the site.  We also have access to a library of over ten million professionally taken images from which relevant images may be selected.   

Flash Animation                                         $350

Add motion to your website!

Domain Branding Protection           free

Protecting your domain-name and branding online

IdeaBank can provide you with a report on domains you should consider purchasing to secure your branding status across the Internet.  For example, if your domain name is wewashdogs.com.au, you should also consider registering similar names, such as:

- www.wewashdogs.com 

This is important to prevent competitors from launching competing websites or businesses with the same or similar names.  Given that a website is now mandatory for all businesses, registering all relevant business names protects your branding on and off the web.   

In addition, search engines are able to read domain names with words separated by hyphens.  Domain names separated in this way may be given more relevant search engine rankings.
