Nick Jerrat
Managing Director (Perth)

Since 2006 Nick has been blazing a trail across the Internet, now having worked closely with over 50 clients to build and market their websites online. Nick is a qualified engineer, with bachelor and master degrees in computer systems engineering from Curtin University. While at the University, Nick led a team of four engineers to develop a long-range, wireless, solar powered camera system for farming industries. As part of this work, Nick received a commendation from the chancellor of the University for his research into error resilient image compression.

Nick left the university in 2006 to launch IdeaBank. Since that time Nick has worked day in, day out with online start-ups and established businesses to deliver on web design and website marketing strategies. You can review IdeaBank's clients here.

Cat Sacdalan
Web Design Lead

Catherine (Cat) is IdeaBank's lead web designer and an outstanding digital graphic artist. She is responsible for a large proportion of our 2009-2011 website design work as shown here.

Cat made an ideal addition to IdeaBank team in 2009 with her advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Flash and web design. University qualified in Fine Arts – Visual Communications in 2001, Cat has a decade of front-line design experience, working for organisations such as Branders.com and PhilBIO, as a graphic designer, artist, videographer and photographer.

Rodney Grasso
Senior Software Engineer

Rodney has over 25 years experience providing IT business solutions.  His experience, passion and helpful approach produces world class solutions to complex problems.  Graduating in computer science from the University of Western Australia in 1983, Rod continues to develop innovative software and hardware integration solutions.  Rod Launched Insmart in 1998, a Perth based company with industry leading expertise in data communication protocols and technical software development.  Insmart supplies real time automation and technical software around the world.  Rod works closely with IdeaBank on technology support and software development projects.

Martha Punsalan
Website Copywriter

Martha is an experienced professional copyrighter for websites, blogs and and marketing collateral. She graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Speech Communications in 2006. Shortly after graduation, she worked in sales and account management for the Mega Publishing Group and Jobstreet.com. In 2009, Martha pursued her interest in copywriting and marketing and joined Theorem Global as their web copywriter. Martha produced numerous works for Theorem including web content, newsletter articles, blogs and marketing copy. In 2010, she joined the team at IdeaBank where she now works as our web copywriter and Internet Marketing Specialist.
