IdeaBank Custom Online Store / Catalogue
IdeaBank has developed in-house a custom online catalogue & online store for the display of up to 5,000 products under custom categories and sub-categories as required. Product data can be uploaded by your staff with little IT knowledge using an easy to use password protected web-interface. The catalogue output can be customised for your requirements, permitting the following:
- Product heading, description, text description.
- Up to 5 photos per product (or more on request).
- Products may be grouped under categories and sub-categories to allow for ease of search and product listing.
- Your product listing may be customised to allow for the download of a PDF or word document for each product (such as for a datasheet or brochure).
- Custom form per product to allow user to send a enquiry directly from a product page.
- If required, products may be added to a shopping cart, with custom payment and delivery options available.
- All product details may be easily updated and added to without help by your staff.
This item does not include the uploading of your products to the catalogue. Training will be provided to a chosen staff member and support over email to use the web interface to add and edit new products.
The advantage of our system is it's ease of use, and ability to be customised or extended to meet your specific requirements. However, if you require advanced functionality in your online store not included in our custom solution described above, such as MYOB integration, stock control, invoice generation, a range of credit card payment gateways other than paypal, australia post eparcel quotes, links to courier quotes, user sign-up and reporting functionality, links to Salesforce CRM, please contact us to discuss your options.
