IdeaBank Partnership Package

The current cost is $550 per year and includes:

 

Make small changes without high costs

Success online depends on maintaining a relevant website with fresh content:


1. We charge in 6 minute increments, giving you the flexibility to make small changes whenever you need to.
2. A reduced hourly rate of $110 per hour (our standard rate is $139 per hour).


We also offer a content management system for use in making your own website changes, available as one of our website design options.


Rapid Updates

We are standing by to provide you with rapid support to maintain and update your website. In order for IdeaBank to efficiently provide this service, we require clients to use email to submit all website change requests.

 

For larger updates, we aim to respond to email requests within two business days with a quote and schedule to implement your changes.


Fast Access, Large Storage

  • High-speed, reliable, Australian-based servers in a state-of-the-art data-centre.
  • 99.9% uptime.
  • 1,500 MB of website storage space.
  • 1,000 MB of website traffic per month.
  • Email: 20 personalised email accounts with 50 Meg quotas & webmail access.
  • 50 email forwards (e.g., forward from your website to your yahoo account).
  • All accounts are fully enabled to support databases and complex applications based on PHP/SQL.

  • The purchase, setup and management of your domain name.
  • Daily backup of your website and databases.
  • 24-hour monitoring of the uptime of your website.
  • Ongoing automated email response to all website forms.
  • Provision of your subscription data in an excel spreadsheet on request.
  • Monthly Google reports of visitors to your website.

 

We are also able to provide custom Partnership packages should your requirements be more extensive.

All new IdeaBank websites are hosted on our servers in Melbourne and Perth. This approach allows us to manage your website on a platform we monitor 24 hours a day. It also allows for lower development and management costs to be passed on to our clients, in that we are able to reuse our extensive software libraries developed for our supported platform and provide shared services to our clients.
