Selecting a website designer is an important business decision. Your website plays a critical role as a sales funnel for new and current customers, provide product and service information, as well as promoting your business image and branding.  At IdeaBank, we have found that our long-term clients see us as an important partner in their business. As such, and to demonstrate formally our commitment to service, we have created the IdeaBank Partnership Package. We believe that this package is a key point of difference between IdeaBank and other web design service providers.

 

Make small changes without high costs

Success online depends on maintaining a relevant website with fresh content.

1. We charge in 20 minute increments, giving you the flexibility to make small changes whenever you need to.

2. We also offer a content management system for use in making your own website changes, available as one of our website design options.

 

Rapid Updates

We are standing by to provide you with rapid support to maintain and update your website. In order for IdeaBank to efficiently provide this service, we require clients to use email to submit all website change requests.  For larger updates, we aim to respond to email requests within two business days with a quote and schedule to implement your changes.

The following items are included in our partnership package:

  • IdeaBank Partnership, which entitles you to a reduced hourly rate of $33 per hour for website changes (our standard hourly rate for non-partners is $159 per hour). Time is recorded in 20 minute intervals so you can make small changes to your website whenever you need to.  These prices are current to 31 Dec 2011.
  • Rapid access to IdeaBank. IdeaBank is standing by to provide you with all the support you need to maintain and update your website. In almost all cases small changes can be made for you within 2 business days, usually much faster. For larger updates, we aim to respond to email requests within two business days with a quote and schedule to implement your changes.
  • 3,000 MB of website storage space.
  • 15,000 MB of website traffic per month.
  • Email: 20 personalised email accounts with 200 Meg quotas & webmail access.
  • World Leading Spam Filtering through www.junkemailfilter.com
  • 100email forwards (e.g., forward from your website to your yahoo account).
  • High-speed, reliable, Australian-based servers in a state-of-the-art data-centre.
  • If required setup and management of your domain name. Does not include purchase of your domain name
  • Daily backup and maintenance of your online form databases.
  • Ongoing automated email response for all forms.
  • Provision of your subscription data in an excel spreadsheet on request.
  • Independent uptime monitoring and down-alerts on your website.
  • Daily backup of your website, CMS and custom applications.
  • Monthly Google reports of visitors to your website.
  • Ongoing general software updates, maintenance and virus scanning of the server your website operates on.
