Installation of a CMS on your website is one of our website design options and is highly recommended for all new websites. A content management system (CMS) is a web-based application that enables non-IT staff to update and edit website content and create new website pages (this includes all text and images in the editable regions of your site).

Your content management system is bundled with the following services:

IdeaBank CMS Training & Support
This package includes training documentation on use of the CMS, and one hour of phone support. We are also available to answer your email queries on the use of the CMS at no charge. In-person training is also available at our hourly rate.

CMS Administration
We will provide administrator access to you for the CMS. The administrator is able to create new users and assign user-specific editing privileges for each page of the website.

CMS Backup
Backups of your CMS are automated and take place every 24 hours.

Please note: Any changes to the common website template, graphic design of the drop down menus, forms or flash will need to be made by IdeaBank, charged at our hourly rate.
