We install custom built forms on your website to enable visitors to sign up and complete specific call to actions. Through this facility you can build a customer mailing list for online and offline mail, special announcements, offers and consultations. Examples of our call to action buttons are shown here or check out our client websites.

  • Visitor fills in custom form with required and optional parameters.
  • On clicking submit, parameters are checked and if required error messages are given to the customer.
  • On successful completion of the form, details are stored in an online database.
  • Details are emailed to you and an automated, personalised email is sent to the customer.
  • On request a list of database details can be provided or you can extract yourself from a private website login area.
  • If appropriate, automatic unsubscribe functionality through the website via a web-link.
  • Automatic interface with our newsletter system so no manual entry of recorded email addresses is needed. Our newsletter system is described in the next section.
